Meet Our Elba Dental Team
Friendly & Professional
Several of our team members have been with us for 15-20 years (and more!). We deliver small-town hospitality while using some of the latest innovations to repair and restore your smile.
Rene-Office Manager

Rene has been with us for her entire 20+ year dental career. She loves being the person others can count on to solve problems and keep things running smoothly so everyone can do their best work. Happily married with three wonderful children, she likes to spend her free time shopping, going to the beach, and trying out new recipes.
Shae- Front Desk

Always bright and cheerful, Shae ensures that everyone feels welcome when they step inside our office, setting a positive tone for their experience. A big thrift shopper, she enjoys making memories with her husband and son as well as fishing, baking, and shopping.
Courtney- Hygienist

We’re so fortunate to have had Courtney as part of our team for over a decade. She loves building one-on-one relationships with our patients, swapping stories about family and life (and the occasional front-tooth mishap), and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident about their smiles. Outside of dentistry, she and her husband can usually be found on the sidelines at their daughters’ ball games, (probably arguing with the umpire), enjoying time on their boat, or porch sitting when they can.
Taylor- Hygienist

For Taylor, the best part of her job is forming genuine relationships with our patients, helping them feel at home in our office, and doing it alongside a supportive, talented team. Blessed with a wonderful, tight-knit family, she likes doing anything outdoors and spending quality time with loved ones. Being a mom is her favorite role and what brings her the most joy!
Bailey- Assistant

Bailey says it is so motivating to be part of a team that goes above and beyond to take care of our patients. In addition to going to school to become a hygienist, she and her husband stay plenty busy thanks to their two miniature dachshunds who keep them on their toes. They also have their first child on the way (a baby girl)!
Ashton- Assistant

Ashton says that being a dental assistant is consistently rewarding because of how directly impactful the work is. She gets to be hands-on with patient care, helping people feel comfortable and calm, often turning a stressful appointment into a positive experience. Her two boys and little girl are her world, and in her free time, she and her fiancé are usually at the ball field cheering on the kids. She is also an avid photographer, capturing special moments and turning them into lasting memories.
